Our Story
Dr. Elena Marsh opened Clearview Family Medicine in 2009 after a decade in larger health systems, frustrated by the same thing her patients were: fifteen-minute visits that never felt like enough. The idea behind Clearview was simple — see fewer patients per day, spend more time with each, and stay independent enough to keep it that way.
Seventeen years later, that’s still the whole model. Clearview is physician-owned, which means the schedule is built around unhurried visits instead of volume targets. The practice has grown to three providers and more than six thousand patients across Fort Collins, Loveland, Windsor, and Timnath, but the promise hasn’t changed: when you call, you reach a team that knows you, and when you come in, you get a doctor who has time to listen.
We care for every age under one roof — newborns and grandparents in the same practice, with the same records — because that’s where family medicine works best. It’s the kind of care that catches the quiet problems early, keeps a chronic condition steady for years, and makes the occasional bad day a lot less stressful because you already know who to call.

Founder & Medical Director
Board-certified in family medicine, Dr. Marsh opened Clearview in 2009 on a simple idea: give people longer visits and a doctor who remembers them. She sees patients of every age and leads the practice's chronic-care program.
Family & Sports Medicine
Dr. Bell handles everything from well-child visits and school physicals to joint injuries and same-day sick care. Parents book him for kids; weekend athletes book him for the ankle they rolled on Saturday.
Family Nurse Practitioner
A certified family nurse practitioner, Priya leads women's health and Medicare wellness visits and keeps same-day access open. Patients describe her visits as the ones where they finally feel heard.
